TeleEMG FOCUS PC Based EMG

The Focus EMG machine is a two channel EMG machine that does NCVs, EMGs and GSR (Galvanic Skin Response).  Its the size and weight of a paper book and plugs into a laptop through a single USB port.  The purchase includes two days of live online training, DVDs, and full color manual.  Additionally, doctors have access our software. This software cross references a 50,000+ patient data base of norms to come back with an instant analysis or your patients raw data. The doctor then takes this information correlates it with patient symptoms and history to make the final diagnosis.  Its used to help diagnose your most common neuropathies such as:

  • Carpal tunnel
  • Lower back pain
  • Neck pain
  • Ulnar neuropathies,
  • Diabetics etc.

Galvanic Skin response can help diagnose:

  • Fibromyalgia
  • Chronic fatigue syndrome
  • Early onset neuropthies not yet detectable by NCVs and EMGs

Remarkable power in a portable form-factor. Allows effortless flexibility in testing. Their customer service is dedicated and easy to reach with zero delay (I'm talking about real-time assistance!) when those rare issues arise.

Advantages: Easy to use with an intuitive interface, effortless portability, reasonable (and elective) service fees. Short (and shallow) learning curve.

Disadvantages: Haven't seen one yet, after almost 3 years of regular use
