This is a good machine. Quite accurate. an it comes with power cord, patient cable, alligator clips, and user manual as mentioned in the description.

The Bionet 3000 Interpretive EKG Machine is very handy and it works well. I do like the automatic setting of the vertical voltage and horizontal time base. It makes measurements easier.

I love this Dr. Lee's Non-Interpretive ECG / EKG Machine. I only use it in the Khz range and it works great for me for turning engine speed controls.
